By downloading or using Listly AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. Listly AI is operated by Exceed Development Group Pty Ltd (ACN 699 663 477, ABN 36 699 663 477), Sydney, Australia.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Listly AI. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscriptions

Listly AI requires a paid subscription after the free trial period ends. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

The group owner is responsible for the group subscription. All members of a premium group receive access to premium features while the group subscription is active.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Listly AI for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with people outside your household group
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable law

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in the Listly AI app and website is owned by Exceed Development Group Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimer

Listly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exceed Development Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Listly AI.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
