Getting started

How do I invite someone to my group?

Open any list, tap the members icon in the top right, then tap Invite. Share your invite link via Messages, WhatsApp, or any app. Anyone who taps the link will be added to your group instantly.

How does the free trial work?

You get 3 months completely free when you first sign up. No credit card is required until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you won't be charged.

How do I set up meal planning?

Go to the Meals tab and tap the + button to add meals to your weekly plan. You can browse recipes from the Library or add your own. Listly AI will suggest meals based on your pantry and preferences.

Account & billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Listly AI+ → Cancel Subscription inside the app. You can also manage your subscription directly through the App Store on your iPhone under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

What happens if I leave a group?

If you leave a group your access to premium features will end immediately unless you have your own personal subscription. Your account is not deleted — you can rejoin a group or start your own subscription at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your personal data. If you are the group owner, ownership will be transferred to the longest-standing member automatically before your account is deleted.

Troubleshooting

My lists aren't syncing

Make sure you have an active internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Account → Sign Out, then sign back in.

I can't log in to my account

Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact us below.
