Listly AI ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Exceed Development Group Pty Ltd (ACN 699 663 477). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Listly AI app and website at listlyai.app.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, including your name, email address, username, and profile photo. We also collect content you create in the app such as shopping lists, pantry items, meal plans, and recipes.

We automatically collect certain usage data including device type, app version, and crash reports to help us improve the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Listly AI service
• To sync your data in real time across your household group
• To process subscription payments through Apple's App Store
• To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. subscription changes)
• To improve the app based on usage patterns and crash reports

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with service providers only as necessary to operate Listly AI, including:

• Google Firebase — data storage, authentication, and cloud functions
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management
• Apple — App Store payments and distribution

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure with Firestore security rules that restrict access to authorised users only. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the Listly AI app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You may also contact us at support@listlyai.app to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Children's privacy

Listly AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
